Jonathan is passionate about customer service and customer engagement and has some 20 years' experience in the retail business.

Graduated from University of Ulster Jordanstown (County Antrim) with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sociology.Possess 23 years retail managerial experience in areas that include Store Management and Merchandise Management Currently employed by Eason & Son Ltd as Training & Development Manager.
Heatons Anita joined Heatons in early 2011 and holds the position of Group Training & Development Manager.
Heatons has been in business since 1946, offering outstanding value across its Clothing, Home & Sports departments. There are currently 52 Heatons stores and 39 SportsWorld/SportDirect stores in Ireland.
Part of Anita’s role is to design, develop and deliver a wide range of training programmes relevant to the needs of this progressive company. By adopting a very 'hands on approach' she provides bespoke programmes which contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Pat McGinty, BBS, Grad CIPD, is an experienced HR professional and as HR Consultant leads a variety of projects with the HR Department in Mothercare Ireland employing over 300 staff across 23 stores. She has 20 years HRM and Financial Management experience in diverse sectors including the Motor Industry, Recruitment, Higher Education and Manufacturing. Pat has particular expertise in learning and development, change management, employment law and HR systems development. Having grown up in the Hospitality business, Pat is passionate about employee engagement, communications and the importance of always delivering excellent customer service. These are all core principles of the IBEC Retail Skillnet.
Manager of IBEC Retail Skillnet, Sean had 18 years' experience in Retail management before joining IBEC. Since then he has pioneered work based Education and Training for the sector. He is responsible for setting up the Retail Education Framework, from which thousands of retail employees have received formal accreditation through work based learning. Sean recently represented Irish employers at an EU higher education summit promoting work based learning.
