A Career in Retail

The programme is designed to be straightforward and to fit in with everyday work routines, without interruption to day-to-day running of the business. Staff work with their manager or with another staff member who has been trained to deliver the programme.  

The programme is delivered at Level 5, which fits into the National Framework of Qualifications at a level which is equivalent to that of the Irish Leaving Certificate.

Candidates who have successfully completed the Retail Occupational Qualifications programme have found it both beneficial and rewarding. The feedback is that staff gain a sense of achievement and greater job satisfaction.

Ultimately the programme assists retailers in building a high quality sales team within their store.
